What is Coaching?
Coaching is one process that has helped many people achieve goals by living in the present moment. The important part to remember regardless of the dream, is to start it! Take a chance and open new doors to truly live. Coaching is the opposite of a shocking change; it is a gradual and comfortable approach towards the desired future. Goals in life will inevitably change with time, coaching is about creating a road map to find the right direction. In a crisis coaching will help you to see outside of the box and make the most effective decision.
Coaching vs. Therapy?
The difference between a therapy session and a coaching session is the client. Therapy takes a dysfunctional person and works through their past to make them functional now. Coaching works with already functional people and gives them the opportunity to be extraordinary. Coaching is focused on the future not the past.
